Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly will I receive my reading?

Due to the volume of readings that I'm currently receiving I've had to extend my response time to a maximum of one week (seven days from the order date). You might get your reading within an hour after requesting it, then again, it might be the full seven days. The turnaround time depends on how many orders I have waiting in line when your order is placed. I do my best to get the orders out as quickly as possible so you don't have to wait long but I also need time between readings so that each reading is clear.

What does the Ct. Psy. after your name mean?

It stands for Certified Psychic. I received my certification as a professional psychic from PSI - Psychic Society International in 1993. Unfortunately, they have since gone out of business.

I also gained recognition from the Online Psychics & Divination Readers and was a founding member. In order to get listed in the directory I had to provide an accurate and relevant reading to verify that my gift is real. Recently the owner of this directory merged it with his other list, The Ethical Guidance Directory, of which I'm also a member.

What if I decide to cancel my request for a reading?

Just send me an email and tell me that you want to cancel. If I haven't started your reading then I'll refund your money. I always check my email prior to doing a reading to make sure you haven't decided to cancel. However, if you decided to cancel after I've done your reading, then your credit card will still be charged. Please make positively sure that you want the reading prior to ordering it and that you are using your own credit card and that all the information is correct.

I want to ask a question about someone else. Will you read them for me?

No. Would you want a psychic to read you for someone else, telling them things about you without your knowledge? I wouldn't and that's why I will not read someone else without their permission. It's not ethical in my opinion. When you order a reading the reading is for you and you alone. I read situations from your point of view. This includes parents and children. If a parent orders a reading and wants information about their child, regardless of the child's age, I will not do the reading but will refund your money. If you are asking a question that concerns what you can do to have a better relationship with your child - then that's a question about you and I can answer that. I am very strict about this policy so don't ask me about your boyfriend, husband, girlfriend, aunt, uncle, child or friend. If they'd like to have a reading done I'd be happy to read for them but I'm not going to look into their life because someone else is being nosey. Thanks for understanding about this.

Do you believe in God?

I believe in God and am a Christian. I also believe that the Universe works in ways to help us. I have since I was a child. I believe that my abilities are a gift from God and that He uses me to help people. Otherwise, I wouldn't be doing this. I also believe that there are negative forces out there and you have to be careful. That's why, when I do a reading, I surround myself in God's protective light and ask him to keep all negative energies away from me.

Doesn't it scare you to be able to see spirits and know the things that you do?

It doesn't now. I still have some things happen that make me uncomfortable but that's few and far between. When I first developed this ability I was scared to death almost all of the time because I didn't know how to deal with what was happening. I mean, when you dream of a woman who needs help and then see her dead body the next day on a school field trip to the morgue you will get freaked out! But when that same woman comes back to you that night and thanks you for helping her then it's all worth it and you feel less afraid. I have lost my fear through lots of research and the fact that things happen with me on a daily basis. When it happens all the time you get used to it. It took me a while to become clear and centered with my abilities. That's why I did only free readings for so many years. But now I feel completely at home and confident with my abilities now and know that it all happens for a reason. I'm just glad I'm able to help others with this ability.

Do you ever teach others how to develop their own psychic abilities?

Yes, I do. I feel everyone has psychic abilities, they just need to open up to the possibilities. Some of us are more in tune than others. I'm publishing a book on this very thing later this year. If you'd like one on one help I currently offer a month long mentoring program.

What if I think your reading was wrong and want to tell you about it?

I love to get feedback on my readings whether it is positive or negative. Your responses let me know if my abilities are on track or not. Just complete the feedback form or email me with your thoughts. Since I began doing readings online I've never had anyone tell me that I was completely off base. I've had them tell me that some aspect of the reading didn't apply but 9 times out of 10 I received an email later on saying that what they thought didn't apply had actually happened. However, I wouldn't have known this if the people I read for hadn't told me. My accuracy level is around 95% based on my clients feedback. No psychic is right 100% of the time, I'll be the first one to tell you that, and if they say they are then don't have a reading done with them.

How often can I get a reading?

I don't put a limit on how many readings you can get but I don't think that anyone should get dependent on psychics for their daily routine nor should they base important life decisions strictly based on what any psychic says to them. Use common sense. I don't try to get you to buy one reading after another like some psychics do nor do I give you a negative reading just to say that I can help you if you order again. That's just stupid and when people tell you that they're not for real but are trying to rip you off. To me, it's about helping not making money. Therefore, if I feel that someone is becoming dependent on my readings I will discuss the matter with them and have them wait a while before purchasing another reading.

What do I need to do for a reading?

First you should relax then clear your mind and focus on your question and the situation surrounding your request for a reading. Then imagine the energy that you have created from around this question flowing into the computer screen. Focus the energy into the screen detaching it from yourself, then release it while imagining that it is traveling to me. That's it!

For best results from your reading I do ask that you follow these guidelines:

1. Request a reading with an open mind. No psychic on this earth is 100% right and although we may be very accurate not everything is going to be perfectly matched to your life. I will not have every answer that you are looking for but I may have several that will help you. God gave us all free will and it is up to us to do with our lives as we see fit. I can't fix all of your life's problems, nor can anyone else, but I can offer the impressions that I receive as possible solutions. Ultimately, it's all up to you and how you react to your situation and the decisions you make in your life. Your destiny is in your control. It's your choice as to how you will use the information you receive in your reading, whether that means keeping it or discarding it.

2. Remember that some of the things that I receive may not be happening right at this specific moment in your life, but I am being given the information because you are supposed to have it. It could be an event that will be coming up in your future or what I am seeing may be a variation of a situation you're currently experiencing. For instance - I may see you looking for a new car and I see it as white when you are actually looking for a tan car. The fact is you are looking for a car - right? Or you may be looking for a new job and I see you working as an attorney. But you're a secretary at a doctor's office and have no interest in the legal field. So you think this could never apply to you. But say in six months the doctor moves to another state and closes his office and you are offered a position as a paralegal in an attorney's office? Well, that part of your reading didn't apply to you six months ago but it sure applies now doesn't it? Those are the kind of things I'm talking about and why it's important to keep an open mind.

3. Don't try to purposefully trick me just to prove me wrong. What good is that going to do? Make you feel proud so you can call me a fake? That's ok if you want to have an attitude like that but if that is your attitude I am requesting that you do not order a reading from me. As I have just said - there are no psychics that are 100% accurate. Only God is that accurate. If you come into the reading thinking that I'm going to be wrong then you are blocking your vibrational energy and it makes it harder for me to do your reading.

4. Don't expect me to tell you only what you want to hear. I will give you all the information that I receive because I feel that is my duty. I don't think that I would be given the information if it is not important and relevant to your life. I made an agreement with myself many years ago that I would tell everything that I received even if the information isn't that great. I can only be true to myself and my gift by being truthful and honest with you and I believe that this is how God wants me to relay this gift.

5. Enjoy your reading, print it out and save it for future reference. And if you feel that I was of help to you then send me an email or come back and see me again in the future.

What will I receive?

You will receive all of the impressions that I receive. Sometimes I receive information that may not have anything to do with the question that you ask. If this extra information is sent to me, I'll include it with your completed reading. I will not edit the reading. You'll get all the information that I receive in the order that I receive it. I believe that all information that I receive is important to you although it may make absolutely no sense to me and maybe not to you at the time of the reading. However, I've had many people email me back to say that things that I had told them have happened even though they thought it impossible at the time of the reading. So I inform you of everything that I receive. I do not put a time limit on my readings, or a word count on what I'll send back to you, nor do I charge by the minute. If a reading takes five minutes and six sentences to answer then it takes five minutes and six sentences - if it take three hours and six pages then it takes three hours and six pages. I believe that I will only be given the information that you're supposed to receive at the time I do the readings.

What do you think about people who say you are a "devil worshipper" or that you will "go to hell" for what you do?

You know, living in the Bible belt I have found that a lot of people feel this way about you if you admit that you are psychic in any way, shape or form. I am a Christian, I believe in God, and even though I tell people this I still get the above statements from people, either directly or indirectly in the way that they act to me after they find out about my gift. They may think I don't know but - being psychic - I do. I believe that when people don't understand something they have to ridicule and condemn it as evil. I don't consider myself evil, and I definitely don't practice or believe in anything that's evil - I'm to scared of evil things! I know there is evil out there because you see it every day in the news and you see it in the actions of people around you. I believe that these kind of statements are just the ignorance of people who are afraid of things they just don't understand and who choose not to educate themselves and keep an open mind about things or about people who are different than they are. I never asked for this ability - it was just placed upon me and I had to learn to deal with it, which wasn't very easy at all.

Is this a computer generated report or do you actually perform the reading yourself?

This is not a computer generated reading. I actually sit down and do a private reading just for you. I also don't have several people sitting here pretending to be me and giving you a reading. I do all the readings myself and use the gift that God gave me. Every reading is unique to the individual that I am reading for and is not just some form letter reading. I don't believe that you can benefit from a reading like that and who wants to pay for something that isn't specifically for them? I know I wouldn't.

I am confused about something in my reading. Will you clarify it at no additional charge?

I will clarify anything that confused you, at no additional charge, within reason. When I get impressions I type so fast that I can sometimes be unclear just because of the way I phrased a sentence. So I don't mind clearing up something you didn't understand - once. However, I have had people email me again and again saying that they are unclear about the same thing that I already clarified. My opinion is that they are just looking for a different answer. I will not clarify a question more than once nor will I change my reading to please you. My original impression is what I stick with and I don't change things just because you wished it was different. I'm sorry but I must remain true to myself and my gift.

Why do I have to complete the DISCLAIMER, RELEASE & CONFIDENTIALITY READING REQUEST FORM before I can order a reading?

I have had a disclaimer of liability on my site since I launched it in 1994 because too often people will substitute what they receive during a psychic reading in lieu of going to a medical professional to seek advice. I do not do medical readings for this reason.

I believe that everyone has free will and that we can change our fates at any time based upon the decisions that we make on a daily basis. Most of us follow the path of least resistance and that is why reputable psychics can pick up on possible paths of the situations that are in a person's life. I always refer to what I sense as a possible path because it is not an absolute path. You always have free will and by using your own free will during your daily life you can change the outcome of what I see during the reading. I offer readings as a service to help others and in my readings I only give you what it possible or likely to happen based upon where your energy is at the time of the reading. Your decisions can change this. I don't advertise my site and feel that if someone is supposed to get a reading with me then they will find me on the web. I do not make my living from the readings but make my living through other businesses that I own, and am very ethical in how I deliver my readings and I keep each reading confidential. My Philosophy

I believe that God gives us all psychic abilities, we just have to learn to use them to the best of our ability. As with any gift, some people are more adept at using their talents than others. Just like the star quarterback who has practiced and developed his talent - a psychic also has to develop their talent by becoming centered and balanced both spiritually and mentally.

I also believe that everyone has the right to an accurate reading by a reputable psychic who has become centered and confident with their abilities. Those 900 numbers that charge you by the minute are great if you can afford that much money for a reading. However, the majority of people that I know appreciate being able to obtain accurate insight from a reputable source without paying an arm and a leg for their reading. I will never charge by the minute for my readings.

That is why I offer readings that are held in strict confidentiality. We all know that when you request a reading that some very personal things may surface. When I do your reading, no one else is around me. And afterwards, I usually don't remember details as I am just a vessel that transfers the information from the Universe to you.

My Psychic Background

I have been psychic since the age of 14 when I experienced a sudden illness. It was very much like the flu but I was unable to raise my head from my pillow without feeling intense pain. The doctor could never give us a diagnosis other than what it wasn't. Oddly enough, I saw an elemental spirit that morning who told me that I would get very ill and afterwards I would be able to "know" things. I have since found out that psychic abilities run on both sides of my family for many generations and that the illness just brought out the abilities that I'd had since birth. (When I was younger my parents had noticed that I saw life differently but just attributed it to a "vivid imagination".)

When I "came" into my abilities I thought I was hallucinating. As soon as the elemental spirit disappeared, everything happened just as I was told. Shortly after my recovery, I did indeed begin to "know" things about people. At first it was very scary for me, a 14 year old girl, because I couldn't explain how I knew what came to me or why I would see spirits passing by or why my dreams started to come true.

When I realized that people started looking at me strangely whenever I mentioned anything "not of this world" I learned yet another important lesson. I learned rather quickly to keep my mouth shut and my opinions to myself. And that's really a shame. Now I talk freely about my gifts because I've accepted that I was given the abilities for a reason. If people chose not to believe in my beliefs, I respect their beliefs because they are on a different path in this lifetime.

I didn't ask to be able to know things and sometimes I wish I hadn't come into these abilities but when I really think about it I'd feel lost without them. I couldn't even begin to tell you how many times I've been warned - "Be careful with that knife" while I'm slicing tomatoes or I'll see an object that it too close to the edge of the counter falling and breaking. The times I listened everything turned out fine. The times I didn't - I sliced my finger or the item fell. So, now...I listen!

During the past 30 years I have opened myself mentally and spiritually and with God's help I have been able to fine tune my abilities. I have learned not to fear these abilities but to accept them because they have indeed been given to me by God in order to help people that I meet on this journey that we call life.

My psychic abilities come to me in different forms. I receive information from God, Angels, Spirits Guides and Spirit. The information is received in the form of visions, dreams, by hearing something whispered in my ear, and just by "Knowing". I've woken up members of my family in the middle of the night because of a prophetic dream. I tune into a person's vibrational energy to receive information about them and I do not have to be face to face with you to do this.

I am Clairvoyant, Clairsentient, Clairaudient, a Conscious Channel Medium, Empathic and have Clairscent, Clairtangency and Precognition abilities. I also have the ability to tap into a person's past lives to give you information that may be of help to you in this lifetime. I have been told that I work on a very high vibrational level by others in the field because, when I'm doing a reading, I use all of these abilities simultaneously. For those of you who do not know the meaning of the terms I've listed above I'm offering definitions here:

Clairaudience: Clear audio/hearing—intuitively hearing from the spiritual realm that which isn’t normally audible in the everyday physical world.

Clairempathy: Clear emotion—to actively feel/sense the emotions/attitudes of another.

Clairscent: Clear smelling—to smell odors or fragrances from the spirit/ethereal realms.

Clairsentience: Clear feeling/sensations. In this instance, the psychic has an insight or “knowing” of a hidden or forgotten fact. They feel it throughout their whole body without any outside stimulation.

Clairtangency/Psychometry/Object Reading: Clear touching—to hold or touch an object or area and perceive information about the article, such as its history and owner, which wasn’t previously known. Psychometry enables a psychic to pick up vibrations left on an object by someone connected with it. Someone with this ability could use an unfamiliar object to reveal much about its owner.

Clairvoyance: Clear vision—the psychic ability to see visions without using your eyes; an intuitive knowledge of people and things; to perceive within the mind’s eye something that exists in the spiritual or ethereal realm.

Conscious Channel Medium: One who receives messages from the spirit realm through any psychic ability without going into trance.

Empathy: The talent to sense the needs, drives, and emotions of another.

Past-Life Regression/Future Progression: The recall of a past-life or lives—information about different reincarnations, through the subconscious mind, by the use of techniques such as hypnosis. Also the obtaining of information regarding simultaneously existing future lives through the same methods.

Precognition: Quite simply, “knowing.” Since no one psychic can ever know every detail about the future, this ability refers to knowing general outcomes of specific courses of action, with occasional flashes of detailed insight. (In other words, no one can ever really “know” the future, only that a certain path will lead to a certain place—but if that “path” changes, the predicted outcome can change, as well.)
The manner in which I receive the information is determined by God and is based upon the needs of the person requesting the reading. I do not have any control over how the information arrives but I have a responsibility to deliver the message in the clearest manner possible. That is why I always offer clarification of each and every reading that I do. I do not 'guess' when I do my readings. If I don't receive any information about you I'll let you know and refund your money.

I began doing online readings in 1994 and for the first two years I did readings for free in order to determine my accuracy level. It is my belief that if you can't be accurate in the reading, then you shouldn't be doing psychic readings. Plus, I felt guilty taking people's money for a service like this. I was determined that if I couldn't be accurate and relevant for my clients then I would stop offering readings.

I have always believed that God gives you the ability to see past and future events in order to help the person involved. When I was in my 20's I had a psychic reading and the psychic told me that I too was a very gifted psychic (although she knew that I didn't think so at the time and I didn't) and that it would take me a few years to become centered and clear with my gifts. Once that was accomplished I would use my gifts to make a living for myself while continuing to help others.

Believe me, I don't do this for the money. I do this because I feel that I was given this ability to help others. And it's the emails that I've received after I've done someone's reading that keeps me doing them. If I got a lot of negative email about the readings I'd stop doing them because I'd feel I wasn't doing what God wants me to do. It's my calling, not my primary source of income.

I myself have been ripped off by people who claimed to be psychic as I tried to develop my own gifts. And I know how mad and upset I was when I got my reading and it was either so general that my son could have written it or so wrong that nothing in the reading applied to me.

I've got to tell you this story. I think it's the most fun I've ever had using my abilities and an event in my life that confirmed for me that I indeed should be offering readings. I called one of those psychic lines (yeah, I got burned the worst way possible and the people left me on hold forever just to get to the psychic and then tried to charge me almost $400.00 which, by the way, I refused to pay and took out a complaint but that's beside the point). Anyway - I called this line, waited forever and then FINALLY got my psychic. The first thing she did was ask me questions. I wouldn't answer her. I told her she was the psychic and she should be able to tell me. I've never had a reading, if that's what you want to call it, so off-base and wrong in my life! So I told this girl, reading from her little script that I too was psychic and could I tell her some of the impressions I was receiving about her? She laughed at me and said, "You're psychic? Sure go ahead. What do you see?" (She said that last part in a sing song voice and that made me mad too!) So I told her. She didn't say a word at first then she asked me - how did you know all of that? I asked her if I was right and she said yes but nobody knew about blah blah blah. Who are you? I just laughed at her this time and said - Somebody who should be doing your job obviously! I'd never work at one of those psychic phone lines for this very reason but I did "audition" once, just to test myself and see what would happen and I was hired. I turned the job down. And that my friends is one of the reasons I started doing these readings from my website.

One question that people always either mention on their websites or ask me about that I want to clear up right here - why don't I normally give refunds. First - I put a lot of energy and effort into your reading. And if I gave refunds every person on the planet would want one and then why did I make the effort to do the reading in the first place? I mean it's bad enough when I do a reading, the people tell me how accurate I was then they report that they didn't authorize the transaction. I get stuck doing a reading for free and charged a large fee in addition to losing the money for the reading. Again, it's not about the money, it's about my time. My time is valuable - I own three businesses with my husband, have four children, seven horses, am a published author with books contracted and other's that I'm writing and I do these readings. It's hard for me to fit everything in a day but I refuse to give up the readings because of the feedback I've received. I don't have time for those people who try to mislead me and then getting angry because I'm not telling them what they want to hear but instead telling them what I'm being shown. That is why I retain the right to refuse to read anyone for any reason. I don't have time to play games with people who want nothing more than to try to prove me wrong, to question why something I said hasn't happened yet, or to try to trick me by giving me false information. Those kind of people are out there but still I do the readings because most people are honest and don't try to lie and cheat to get something for free when a service has been rendered. Now, it's not like I've never given a refund. It's not my normal policy but if I'm having an off day and I know it and the customer comes back and says I was totally off base I'll either do the reading over or offer a refund. I'm fair, ethical and honest. I always treat others the way I want to be treated. But, if you mistreat me, accuse me or threaten me, I won't read for you again.

I mean let's face it - I'm a regular person just like all of you. I have to eat, sleep, take care of my children and family and cook dinner just like everyone else. And I'm going to have off days just like everyone else. I'll be the first to say no psychic is 100% accurate. So if I'm off, and believe me I can feel it when the information isn't coming through right or I'm having a problem interpreting it, then I'll ask you to give me until the next day to get clear again and if that's not acceptable I'll offer the refund. Sometimes I give refunds as a surprise simply because I know the person who ordered couldn't afford the reading and needed it. I'm not a greedy person - I don't do readings as a living and this isn't the main source of my income. Offering psychic readings is is just one of the things I do in my life to help others and I believe that what I do has value.
